Christina Prieser is associate partner with HPC Hamburg Port Consulting. During her more than 30 years of experience in the maritime and logistics business she has delivered a wide variety of over 75 projects for public and private clients in the transport market, mainly being involved in port development planning (feasibility studies and master plans, and business plans) as well as due diligences and transaction advisory services for ports and terminals all over the world.

Christina is well acquainted with methods for economic and financial project appraisal as well as business development and port privatisation. Interrelated with this is her comprehensive work experience in the development of new port infrastructures under various public-private-partnership schemes.
