An accomplished Senior Deputy General Manager - Commercial and Marketing, Chandima Senevirathne brings extensive expertise in international trade, port operations, and logistics. Known for his proficiency in business planning, negotiations, communication, and strategic management, he possesses a strong academic background with an MBA from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Transport & Logistics Management from the University of Moratuwa.

Since April 2022, Chandima has spearheaded commercial and marketing efforts at Colombo International Container Terminals (CICT), driving growth in volume, revenue, and operational efficiency. His ability to align cross-functional teams ensures the successful acquisition of new business opportunities, the strengthening of client relationships, and the delivery of high-quality service. Additionally, he shares his industry knowledge as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Colombo, inspiring and preparing the next generation of professionals.
