- Thereafter he was re-located to Singapore by RBS for 2 years.
- Started his shipping/logistics career in 2013 (in Sri Lanka) as Executive Director at Lanka Shipping & Logistics/CASS Group of Companies, and is presently the Group MD.
- His dedication and commitment to the industry won him the prestigious "Maritime Standard-Young Person in Shipping Award" for 2019 in Dubai
- Chartered Member (CMILT) of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a Member (MICS) of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS).
- Member of the Executive Committee of the Ceylon Association of Shipping Agents (CASA) and Sri Lanka Association of NVOCC Agents (SLANA)
